How do I respond to an offer to purchase ?

As an owner, it is possible to:
  • Choose and accept a promise to purchase as is,
  • Make a counter-proposal to a selected offer,
  • Decline all offers if none are suitable
 
  • The offer to purchase must be in writing, at a price less than or equal to that of the advertisement and be valid for a limited time.
  • The offer to purchase does not constitute any obligation until it has been accepted in writing by the seller.
  • Only the purchaser can withdraw and renounce the transaction once his offer has been accepted.
  • The offer to purchase does not bind the seller: only the signatories are committed. 
  • If the seller finally decides to opt for another offer, the buyer will be able to obtain damages.

Any promise to purchase is accompanied by a period of acceptance that generally varies between 24 and 72 hours.
