How are agency fees determined?
The realization of an inventory of fixtures of entry, is capped at 3 € / m² throughout the territory. Agency fees are framed by the ALUR law by a calculation scale for agencies. The territory is divided with agency fees of its own:
· Very tense areas: Paris and 68 neighboring municipalities with 12 € / m²,
· Tense areas: 1149 municipalities of 8 agglomerations (Bordeaux, Lyon, ...) with 10 € / m²,
· Non-tense areas: the rest of the territory with 8€/m²
The fees are only framed for beautiful in the tenant's main residence. The fees remain free for rentals in lease Civil Code, concerning a second home or housing of function of the tenant.
