When and how to pay the deposit ?
The security deposit is paid to the owner directly when signing the lease, by the tenant or through a third-party payer, even in the case of a deferred entry of the premises. The tenant has the possibility to make a cash payment and to ask the owner, by any means, for a receipt specifying that the sum is remitted as the security deposit.
